At least not according to Grant Cardone. Recently Grant has dunked on Dave Ramsey about his moving saving advice and investment tips. Grant claims that real estate is safe and can put you in a better spot, financially, than just letting your cash sit in a savings account. 

Maybe he has a point... this week we will break down their polar opposite philosophies when it comes to where YOU put your cash.
