The students are constructing a $700,000 home—the largest student-built house in Michigan. This initiative provides hands-on experience, with many graduates pursuing construction careers. Senior John-Claude Toviev mentors first-year students, while team leader Jupiter Grgics is involved in both home building and theater set construction.
