For over half a century BBC Children in Need have been raising money for young people who are disadvantaged. They currently award two levels of grants at six points during the year:

1) The Main Grants Programme which gives over £10,000 per year to support projects for up to three years.

2) The Small Grants Programme which supports projects for up to three years, and includes grants up to £10,000 per year.
