In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective... we introduce more granular Conversation AI pause controls inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Instead of a single sleep setting, you can now toggle separate pause behaviors for Manual Message and Workflow Message, and set a reactivation delay. That lets user-typed messages pause a bot without stopping active automations, or allow workflow messages to send without putting the bot to sleep. For businesses, marketers, and agencies this delivers cleaner automation flows, fewer interrupted conversations, and more predictable campaign behavior. The update is available in the AI Agents area under the Conversation AI tab when editing a bot—try the new controls to improve message reliability.
