Whatever you are in the midst of, unless, urgent, pause it. Write down Gratitude reasons equal to however many years you are Blessed to still be Alive. For example, If you are 36 years of age, then write 36 Gratitude reasons. Write these Gratitude reasons where you'll see them often. Update/ add to them on your Born/Birthday.
