Gratitude Can Help the Grieving Process

Feeling grateful when the heart is broken and while grieving may seem counterintuitive. But gratitude is one of the many ways to raise our vibration, strengthening our ability to sense our loved one’s presence. 

Our out of body loved ones are grateful that they have access to us. They are grateful, as we are, for the love we shared. But it is also important to them that we are aware that the love continues, along with their desire to share with us the many ways they continue to grow. 

And for that we can be grateful.
