Mel’s Mindful Moments S1-E83
It is so easy for us to take things for granted.
We have so much that we don’t really think about it.
There are conveniences today, that never existed before.
Most of us only think about material things.
Outside of my window the birds are singing their morning songs.
I’m grateful to be able to listen to them sing.
I take in a breath, filling my lungs with the fresh morning air.
I’m grateful for the breath of life.
All around me I see the beauty of nature.
I’m grateful for my sight.
My legs and feet carry me to where I want to go.
I’m grateful that I can walk.
My hands and fingers can type out this message.
I’m grateful to have hands and fingers.
If only one person is blessed from this message,
I’m grateful that I was able to deliver it to them.
What are you grateful for?
