Gratitude for Being Emotionally Conscious

I love my emotions!

Lower vibration emotions are super accurate to let us know if we have a limiting belief. And high vibration emotions are sent out as homing beacons to bring high vibration experiences to us.

Recently someone who follows our Daily Gratitude Call podcast reached out to me in desperation. She has been going through a divorce and her husband made a choice that went against their agreed upon policies that would be upheld during the divorce proceedings. This caused her great distress and lots of tears.

During our conversation on facebook messenger, I asked her to step outside of the emotion for a moment and look at the action. She recognized immediately that the action her husband had taken was more of the same that was typical of him throughout their marriage. He was showing up in accordance to his beliefs, as he should! Stepping outside of her emotions allowed her to see that this action was just confirmation that she was on the right path.

Being emotionally conscious can mean that we use our emotions to our benefit (as in identifying a limiting belief or spreading joy throughout the world), and it can mean that we are conscious enough to step outside of the emotion long enough to find the truth.

We already know the truth. The Light of Christ is within all of us. We came to earth with a knowledge of the truth, we have just forgotten. Being emotionally conscious allows us to recognize when something is out of alignment (it just doesn’t feel right) and try on different beliefs that feel more true (it just feels right).

Emotionally conscious also means we can allow our emotions to just BE. And we can allow others to have their emotions too. And to know the difference. As one of our live participants stated: “not letting others emotions into our control room”.

Awareness of emotions is a skill we can learn. Not only can we be aware of and use our emotions to our advantage, but we can be aware of others’ emotions. Walking into a room of people, if we take a moment to connect with individuals, we can do something to raise the vibration in the room. 

For some, this tends to be a natural ability. But anyone can learn to connect heart to heart, soul to soul. Even if you never stand in front of a person, you can send love and peace energy their way.

Simple things we can do to help others raise their vibration are to just be interested in them, be sincere and come to them with a desire to serve.

  • I am grateful that my emotions are the perfect messenger
  • I love all my emotions
  • I utilize my positive emotions to send out good vibrations and raise the level of happiness and gratitude in the world
  • I utilize my lower vibration emotions to identify limiting beliefs and choose something new.
  • I always have the ability to live in gratitude and other high vibration emotions
