Today’s Gratitude Call subject could have inspired many topics for our mastermind to share thoughts on. Being present in the moment. The gift of choice with our life’s path. Choosing to be on the Gratitude Call with others who resonate with Christ and Gratitude.

The main theme that dominated our call today was choosing to be here on earth at this moment, experiencing the fullness of emotions and circumstances that our own personal life has dealt us.

My personal thoughts during our private meditation were of choosing to remain on earth until I am invited home. I decided a long time ago, that making choices based on fear, always felt like running away from something. Making choices based on love, meant gravitating toward something. Fear-based choices always leave me feeling like I have no control. Love-based choices feel very intentional and purposeful.

I am here on earth at this time, so obviously I have not yet been invited back home. I do have the choice to remain here or go home early, and show up before my expected time of arrival. But if I chose to leave here and go home early, it feels like that would be a choice based in fear rather than love.

Martha, on our call shared very profoundly, that our ability to connect with the pure essence of God’s love, happens in this world. 

It takes faith, yes, and God knew that. Faith is the very key component that is required to really know God on a personal level. That is why His great eternal plan of happiness and salvation required a separation from Him for a time.

We all chose to be in the game of life. Sometimes we ask, as Mary shared on our call, “Why am I here? I don’t get it, I don’t like it here?”

There is not one person on earth who can answer that question for you. But God can answer that question in a way that will make sense only to you.

Mary’s journey, like others, included decades of feeling unworthy and unloved. But she is now experiencing love and light. What a beautiful and limitless joy comes when having personal knowledge of the opposition of two extremes, tasting the bitter and the sweet!

There are people around us who can serve as a physical support through dark times, and God is always there as well. This Gratitude Call is one of those warm and inviting places to be. through confusion and doubt.

The key is to remember to ask. Call upon God and call upon those who can give you the love and warmth needed to free yourself, so that eventually, you can provide love and warmth to free others.
