Gratitude for Options Beyond the Obvious
I am so grateful for the knowledge that multiple options always exist!
Even today, as we settled on our Gratitude focus, our live callers gave great suggestions until we honed in on the perfect subject for our 90 second meditation.
If we are focused on the only way we believe exists, we really can’t see anything else. We literally are blind to any other option.
Opening ourselves to the whispering of the Spirit, or even a suggestion from someone who is not so close to the problem, can give us more good choices.
And example of when we might be blind to options beyond the obvious could be when we feel attacked on social media. The obvious answer might be to return the attack or block the person. But as was shared on the call today, one of our participants chose to respond in love. It’s an option beyond the obvious.
New Ideas to Consider
- There are always multiple options
- I choose love as my natural first option
- I am open to all options and I choose based on what feels right to me
- I see the options and I am great at discerning which one is perfect for me
