Wow! What a powerful call this morning! I so appreciate all the insights that were shared and the step by step learning that happened.

The concept of power and how Satan uses counterfeits to keep us stuck in patterns that literally have us going in circles, is so profound! I pray that all of us use the knowledge we gained today as a catalyst to break out of our survival patterns, and use our personal genius to leap to heights of success.

We all find ourselves stuck in patterns occasionally. The trick is to notice it and proactively change it. But how?

If we are stuck in a pattern, we are usually blind to it. I have probably helped hundreds of people break patterns and in every case, they were unaware that they had a choice to change.

Destructive patterns are like addictions. The person stuck in it feels like they have no choice, that they must continue the pattern to feel safe.

I learned today, that the hidden key lies in our own genius, the natural gift within us. It is my personal unique talent that is the door to my freedom.

Satan knows us. He knows how we are great. He knows our potential. What better way to keep an eye on us, than to make us our own jailer. If we keep ourselves locked away in mediocrity, he can turn his attention to other, more conscious beings.

The truth of patterns is that they are human traits akin to instincts that promote obsessive behaviors that lead us to fulfilling our destiny. The counterfeit of patterns produces obsessive behaviors that turn us on ourselves. One leads to connection with God, highest self and the service of others. The other leads to disconnection, shame and self-destruction.

When you finally recognize and interrupt our destructive patterns, remember that repentance (choosing to change and align with a higher version of you), and forgiving yourself for those patterns of the past, will unlock the cell that has held you bound. Then you will finally be free to create a new pattern that sustains you on your path to success!

• I choose patterns that create connection and forward motion
• I embrace ideas that free me to choose for myself
• I am grateful for predictability of patterns
• I recognize and re-calibrate my habits to support what I truly want
• I am in power
• My superpower frees me to fulfill my destiny
• I look beyond current patterns to the higher goal
• I am in alignment
• I forgive myself of old patterns and I embrace new patterns that serve me
• I reach out to my mentors for new perspective on interesting patterns
