Gratitude For Peace
Peace for me, is confidence in myself, confidence in God, in my relationship with my husband, and my confidence in my children’s ability to choose what’s right. Peace is like watching a movie for the first time, sitting on the edge of your seat, but knowing in the end it will all get resolved.
Gratitude is one of the best tools for peace. Gratitude centers us in God and diffuses feelings of victim-hood or other low vibrations.
Why be frustrated now when it doesn’t change anything? Sweet is the peace of knowing that God is in charge. Our part is to repent and get re-centered daily, do our best, and receive direction and confirmation from the Lord that we are on track.
Today I give myself permission to be in peace with my Lord
- Peace is possible in Christ anywhere
- Trust and confidence that all things will be resolved
- I am confident God is in charge
- I know in my heart that all things are for our best as we turn to Christ
- Angels are with little children everywhere
- God is mindful of me and each of us, especially children
- Christ seeks the one
- I have learned the lesson
- I am in peace with everything in and outside of me
