Positive Energy is Contagious!
Before our call this morning, Coleen (one of our regular Gratitude Call live participants) sent me a text and I could feel the positive energy flowing within the words! When I heard her voice on the live call, the positive energy in her voice matched the words she had sent.
We can choose whether we are in positive or negative energy. And if it’s hard to get there yourself, find someone to absorb some of their positive energy. Her voice and words lifted me, because of the positive energy the words carried with them.
Coleen, on the call shared a list of words that to her, spoke positive energy. I felt these were powerful to list here, since some of us need a little help finding something to help us re-gain our positive energy. Choose one to focus on today and just see if your mood doesn’t shift upward into the positive!

- Auto correct
- Definiteness of purpose and direction
- Radiate truth and virtue

Sometimes we are in need of positive energy from others and other times we are the positive energy that others are attracted to. We need each other to get into positive energy!
Seeing something as positive can completely change our perspective so that we quit procrastinating and embrace the next step. Positive energy brings hope in an otherwise hopeless situation. If we can find the positive we can be open to seeing the way out of the situation.

- I am positive
- I choose positive energy
- I believe I am worthy and capable of living a life filled with positive energy
- I am a source of powerful positive energy
- I attract positive experiences because I radiate positivity!
