Peace seems almost synonymous with serenity. This last week, I went to the store and there were a couple things that were not available. I wasn’t able to get everything that I went there for.

However, I had the prevailing feeling of, it’s okay, I can wait for the next shipment of things. I know I have an abundance of other things at home. One of the things I was looking for, was canned tomatoes and they didn’t have the kind I normally get. They had Italian style and that ended up being perfect, and saved me time, since I didn’t need to add additional spices.

Choosing to look beyond the challenge allows us to find peace. By looking beyond the here and now, we know that something else is coming. With that in mind, we can ask ourselves, what now, to prepare for what’s next?

Serenity can be found in willingly, letting go and giving any worry to God. We may receive something different than what we originally anticipated, but there is joy and gratitude to be found in everything!

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Feel Peace Regardless Of My Circumstances

• I clearly see the serenity in every situation
• I am Me
• Christ is always with me
• I live in the present, knowing something beautiful is coming
• I know and live as my authentic self
• I recognize and use the power within myself in the best way
• I am at peace always
• I am grateful for contrast that allows me to know peace and calm
