Gratitude for Surrender
Awesome call this morning! I awoke this morning with the sense that I was not giving my whole heart and soul to the mission and purpose I have been so committed to fulfilling.
After my Daily GPS, the feeling that I came away with was one of surrender. The kind o surrender that brings peace after the battle.
Surrender at the close of a war, can bring some fear if the surrendering army doesn’t know the intentions of the prevailing opponent. Same when we choose to surrender in life. If we can’t trust the one we are surrendering to, there is fear. However, we can easily surrender to something or someone we can trust implicitly.
The only thing that is truly ours is our choice. If we give our power of choice to another person or to an entity whose sole purpose is to control, we are bound. If we keep our power of choice, and use it to trust God, we are free!
It’s so interesting that I thought I had laid it all on the alter. I thought I was willing to trust and be obedient. But this morning I realized I was still holding back. I have more to give!
Now, instead of fighting against God, I will be fighting FOR Him!
I Give Myself Permission to be FREE!
- I am bold in proclaiming my message
- I embrace freedom by choosing to be obedient to God’s guidance
- I claim my free space!
- God guides me
- I know the next step and that is all that matters
- I submit to loving guidance from a trusted Father in Heaven
- I trust God
- God is enough
- I know my purpose and mission
- I trust my message will be received by those hearts that are ready
- I enjoy my freedom
