The private mediation on our Gratitude Call today produced spiritual confirmation to a question I have pondered for the past several months.

I know that I am under divine covenant to finish a commitment made in the pre-earth existence. The question: is this true for everyone?

I received the simple answer that all things point to Christ. I have a firm belief and testimony that Christ came to Earth, subjected himself to a mortal experience, so that He could perform a mission that He was chosen for before He was born.

Tammy commented that according to scripture, even as a child, He inherently knew what He was here for.

He is our example in all things, therefore, if it is true for Him, it is true for me and everyone else who ever will live on this earth. It must be so!

Thank you, Daniel for sharing your thoughts on the call that Christ’s birth was prophecy fulfilled, promises kept. In a sense, as a newborn babe, He facilitated a renewal of humanity, an Earth reborn!

This time of year, our focus is called in many directions. Thanks to Mary for sharing the 1980’s short film Mr Krueger’s Christmas, with Jimmy Stewart, that brings focus back to Christ. And to Tyrie for sharing the video The Christ Child: A Nativity Story, that is a look inside the story from a beautiful, historical perspective.

Just as Christ is our example of knowing we have a greater purpose and mission here, He is also our example of growing up and learning as a child preparing Himself for His ministry and ultimately the Purpose He was chosen for at the end of His life.

We can, as wise men of old, travel far distances, to bring Him the gift of our hearts committed to be like Him in every way.

Today, I Give Myself Permission to Grow to Perfection

• I have the perfect example of perfection
• I interrupt the pattern of humanity by being me
• I give my struggles to Christ and He blesses them for my good
• I give my heart to fulfilling my purpose
• I am grateful for the example of Jesus, growing in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and man
• I give myself the chance to succeed
• I am ok with step by step
• I am preparing for my time
• I am receiving Christ as my teacher and my exemplar
• I daily walk with Jesus
