Gratitude for Transference
Think of the old bucket brigades before the days of water pumps on firetrucks…everyone working together to achieve a common goal.
If you are one of the bucket passers, there is no time to ponder on the lessons you might be learning or giving yourself permission to choose a new belief. There is only time to transfer the bucket of water from one hand to the next.
But what if you are at the head of the line, dipping from the source and passing it along?
The words Transformation and Transference have the same root meaning (trans) which means across.
If you are dipping from the source of knowledge, you are pivotal to transferring the message across. Transference isn’t always positive, but is equally beneficial. A friend or family member who has experienced addiction, can transfer the message of the woes of addiction to others without them having to experience it personally.
Sometimes we are oblivious to the transference that is happening when our minds become polluted with limiting beliefs. A negative emotion can become a pain in the body, and eventually disease. Or it can be the trigger that helps us make the choice to transfer from unconscious living to consciously choosing new, empowering beliefs.

- I am one
- I am me
- I am true
- I am honest
- I am free and richly abundant
- I have access to all things
- I am grateful
- I see truth and I choose to align with it
