So today, I woke up feeling like I'm just not doing enough. I mean, I am making great progress, but somehow, there is this shadowy spirit of "I'm not enough." And I know this is not true about not doing enough because I have been working hard. It's just this negative aspect that sometimes shows up.


So, to break this spell and get back in reality, I share how spending time in GRATITUDE resets the mind and gets one back in alignment by understanding how much magic and grace take place. All around us is a field of grace. Miracles happen constantly we just fail to stop and recognize.


I share the simplicity of looking around at what I am eating and how many people are responsible for helping me to receive the many blessings in my life.


May you get something from this simple message today—the understanding to reactivate a positive vibration by spending some time in gratitude.
