As we approach the Christmas and holiday season, Litney shares her gratitude for life in a poem she wrote entitled, "Holiday Reflections." Whether we are in the high or low points of life God is consistent. The Bible instructs us, "Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me."-Psalm 50:14-15 (King James Version). In this season, we can reflect on the truth that Jesus is the Light and be grateful for life as Jesus came to earth to give us [eternal] life.  May God's faithfulness encourage you to offer Him thanksgiving; and God's goodness continue to fuel the light of gratitude within you to bless others to see who Jesus is through your thankful reflections.
