We throw the words "gratitude" and "thank you" around A LOT these days. And if I'm being honest, it's easy for me to just go through the motions when I'm giving thanks.

Today I wanted to talk about how my experience of gratitude is changing as I get older, and how I'm reconnecting to gratitude after LinkedIn has talked my ear off about it for years.
