Jay is an experienced CEO who is passionate about helping leaders make greater impact and solve problems through high performance coaching, training, and consulting. He has over 25 years of CEO and Executive Leadership experience in building ministries and managing nonprofits including Phoenix Rescue Mission and Atlanta Mission. He has served on the Board of many nonprofits, national, and regional associations.

He was appointed by two Arizona Governors to serve on state Commissions and Councils. He also served on several state and local Task Forces. He is known as a visionary leader and for his innovation in designing effective solution-based programs for community problems. He is a graduate of Furman University, an MBA from Clemson University, and is an ordained minister.
