Lorraine Field is the Chief People Officer for Sonora Quest Laboratories, a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics and Banner Health (the largest non-secular health delivery system in the U.S.) and the Chief People Officer for Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, which provides oversight and strategic direction for 29 Hospital, Rapid Response, and Commercial laboratories supporting Banner Health Hospitals, Academic Medical Centers and Cancer Centers across the state of Arizona and 5 western states (California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, and Wyoming).

Lorraine currently serves as the past Chairman of the Arizona Women’s Forum Board of Directors. She also served in many roles on Fresh Start Women’s Foundation Board of Directors and currently serves as a volunteer with the organization.

After obtaining her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech, Lorraine began her thirty three year Human Resources career with American Express and moved to the healthcare industry in 2002 as the head of Human Resources for TriWest Healthcare Alliance. Lorraine and her family live in Scottsdale.
