Matt started at Axon in the Leadership Development Program in September 2020 and has rotated in the program in a variety of roles including interim Benefits Manager, Program Manager for Axon’s 6 Employee Affinity Groups and now serves as a facilitator on the Learning and Development Team. Since leading Axon’s Affinity Group Programming, the groups have focused on Joining Forces and integrating programming to benefit all employees. Matt received his MBA from Rollins College in May 2020, a Certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from University of South Florida in May 2021 and in December 2021 became accredited to facilitate Insights Discovery. When not working, Matt enjoys spending his time traveling and is always looking for a new adventure to take.
