Structure for Success works with businesses that do not have their own HR team, assisting them with hiring, employee handbooks, and personalized support to help them build a strong team and business. She is passionate about creating a respectful relationship between the business owner and their employees. With more than 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, Wendy’s forte is hiring the right person for the right job and turning employees into managers, managers into leaders, and business owners, including solopreneurs, into CEOs. She removes uncertainty from the workplace, and believes that strong relationships and communication are the keys to successful leadership.
