The Sunday before his crucifixion, Jesus was welcomed as the king who would set the people of Israel free from Roman oppression.  Within a few days, Jesus simultaneously failed to meet those expectations while also far exceeding them, teaching is a lesson of the importance of how we are framing our image of Jesus.
