Love is woven throughout the book of Jonah, and that’s no surprise—because it reflects the greatness of our God. Even when both Jonah and the people of Nineveh turned away from Him, God responded not with condemnation, but with compassion. He provided a path to redemption, not because they earned it, but because of His great love.

That same love is extended to you and me. As Paul writes in Ephesians 2:4–5, “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love that He had for us, made us alive with Christ even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace!”

God’s greatness is unmatched, and it’s most clearly seen in the depth of His love. As we listen to this final message from the book of Jonah, may we be reminded that no matter how far we run, God’s love is always greater—and that is a blessing worth holding onto.
