We often lose joy when we are faced with our inadequacies - but the Christmas story is a story of imperfect people being used by a perfect God to accomplish his eternal purposes. There are no stories other than the broken being used to bring healing. Great Joy is an invitation to take yourself out of the center of the universe and see who God is - your inadequacy will always be there. But God’s goodness is so much better! This is a season of faith. A season of believing God is going to get glory as we are used by him. As his story moves forward. As his grace is poured out.
