From humble beginnings to a voice known the world over, Steve King has seen incredible success and human suffering up close and personal. From starting a small run club in British Columbia Canada, he's helped grow many sports in the region and gone on to announce and help organize world championship events. 

As an addiction counselor, he's also seen the immense challenges ordinary people face in daily life. Seeing the best in the world in one moment, and working to help one with life's most basic needs the next, have afforded him a perspective on life filled with infectious gratitude.
