Jairus, a synagogue leader, risked his reputation to beg for his dying daughter. A woman, rejected and isolated for 12 years, pushed through the crowd to touch the edge of His robe. Both found what they were searching for - not because of their status or strength, but because of their faith. Jesus still responds to desperate hearts today. When fear tells us it’s over, He says, “Only believe.”
