On February 24th of this year, two artists from Ukraine - Denis Sarazhin and Victoria Kalaichi - arrived in Chattanooga for what was meant to be a short visit.
They did not know when they left their country that they would be unable to return - because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Since then, they have found themselves unexpectedly building a new life here in Chattanooga.
In "Before and After" - the latest story from “Greater Chattanooga” by our public media partner WTCI PBS - we'll learn about their experience as refugees and how a community has come together in support of this young couple.
