Tiffany [ last name] also known as Uniqueli and Derek Canas share their compelling stories of not allowing disorders to stop their life. Derek, who contracted AIDS through a blood transfusion as a baby, and Tiffany, who has cerebral palsy, break stereotypes and are making success and independence the norm with their lives.
