Angels are very great beings that the Hebrews highly esteemed. The author of Hebrews points to several Old Testament passages to show the superiority of Christ over the angels. Angels are God's servants, called to worship the Son. How much more then should the Hebrews not turn back to lesser things. Instead, they should be steadfast in their worship of the Son. How much more should we also look to Jesus above all.
