The region’s residential real estate slowdown may have found its bottom. Jason Turcotte, vice-president of development at Cressey Development Group, says Greater Vancouver has seen unusual activity this August. If it stays the course, he says the region could see stronger activity this fall season with more listings hitting the market.
And just 2% of the office space in Downtown Vancouver is vacant. Tony Astles, managing partner and head of commercial real estate services at BentallGreenOak, discusses the city’s office market in depth.
