Kunieda has won 23 singles Grand Slams, 27 doubles Grand Slams, and has 9 Paralympic medals, making him one of the most accoladed athlete the sport has ever seen. Kunieda's impact extends far beyond the tennis court. He is a tireless advocate for disability rights and inclusion, using his platform to raise awareness and inspire others to overcome adversity. His resilience in the face of challenges serves as a beacon of hope for individuals facing similar obstacles, demonstrating that with perseverance and determination, anything is possible.

I ran into him at he Miami Open on one of the side courts as he was practicing for an exhibition match. Huge honor to have him on the podcast. Cheers Shingo!
