Strong is the repetition-based version of our traditional circuit-centric training program. Members go through the workout at their own pace, and Greco trainers focus on each lift to ensure proper form and muscle efficiency. Workouts utilize a mixture of high and low volume reps to develop strength and build muscle in a balanced approach. Cardio is periodically included to ensure clients are consistently within their target heart rate zones
