Interview Devon Samlalsingh, the award-winning mixologist behind “Green Bartender” from South Trinidad. Recently placed 3rd in the national leg of Angostura's Global Cocktail Challenge 2020 and his urban grow space was featured recently on the local news. When not growing new flavors he can be found in the garden enjoying a gin and tonic. “Green Bartender was born out of a desire to impart the importance of sustainability and agriculture, all while enjoying a beverage. My continued goal is to showcase healthy, natural, flavorful ingredients grown right here in the Caribbean, and as much as possible, use fruits unique to the region. I am motivated to share this wide range of flavors with a global audience.” ~ Green Bartender
