The last time Aaron Rodgers had lower than a 100 passer rating was his first year as a starter. The offensive line started the season with little depth, and could not afford any long term injuries. The starting five brought a veteran presence to the line, but the depth at this position was limited. Offensively, the Packers statistics were awful. A high powered offense had a quarterback with under a 100 rating, a running back that did not surpass 1,000 yards, and no receiver with over a 1,000 yards or 80 catches. 
You can not blame the offense line for all of the offensive problems, but inconsistent play can lead to a lack of a running game. Without a running game their is more pressure on the quarterback.
