Comprehensive Cleaning Strategies

We meticulously prepare our products with a five-stage automated wash system. This rigorous process strips away all grit, grease, and grime, leaving nothing but bare metal. Our dry-off oven eliminates residual oil and chemicals, creating an immaculate canvas for the subsequent paint booth.

Automated and Manual Painting

Dominating our first paint booth are two state-of-the-art robots provided by FANUC. Operating within the advanced paint system by Norton, they automate 95% of the painting process; a testament to our commitment to precision. A manual touch-up booth handles the rest, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Advanced Curing and Cooling

Once painted, products move into the cure oven where temperatures rise up to 400 degrees. This 35-minute cure cycle, followed by a 10 to 15-minute cooling period, guarantees a flawless finish. We even accommodate two-coat paint requirements, thanks to our innovative gel oven.

From Production to Assembly
