In part two of this collection of talks, “What Matters Most, You Don’t Get Paid For”, Pastor Josiah reminds us to be intentional, not only in looking at what ways you can be a blessing with your words and actions, but also in setting the climate in your own household. Just like a greenhouse sets its own temperature, it’s not dependent on what's going on around it, we too, can make that decision.
