The difference between a sinner and a saint is the Savior. Paul has some choice things to call believers. We are every thing he has called us.

Greeting

The first chapter of Romans prepares us for one of the most theological books in the New Testament. It tells of man's failure to know honor God and thank Him. It tells the consequences. It prepares those who study it to accept the responsibility for being a sinner. It also prepares those who study it to cry out for a Savior. This will be a very long study through Romans. This is only the first chapter.
