In this episode I am talking about my experience of stepping out into the world of receiving. It’s important to have balance and not be too much one way or another. We can’t just give and only give or just receive and only receive. Your world and your body will likely let you know where you are at with that. Balance is very necessary when it comes to energy exchange. If there is imbalance suffering will be a consequence one way or another, now or later, a rebalancing will have to happen.
