How to make Gregnog (Listen for instructions!)

• One dozen large, fresh eggs
• 1qt whole milk
• 1qt heavy whipping cream
• Whole nutmeg freshly grated, 2 teaspoons (not tablespoons as erroneously stated in the episode) plus garnish
• 1½ cup superfine sugar
• 1 bottle Amontillado Sherry
