On November 2, 2018, Gail Cleavenger was uncharacteristically a no call, no show to her architectural job. That very afternoon her son, Gregory Ramos, returned from school and noticed her van in the driveway still running. When he went inside his home he found it had been totally ransacked with no sight of his mother, Gail.
