In our very first episode my husband Alex and I talk about my recent miscarriage.

We both found that miscarriage was quite a taboo topic, not a lot of the people spoke about it. We had no idea what to expect or what was "normal". By sharing my story I hope this topic becomes less scary for women and more of an experience witnessed with compassion and a kind heart. In this episode I share my experience with absolute love and intention; please know this is solely my experience, there is no right way to miscarry, every experience will be different.
