Soundtrack from a TV interview  with Prof Arnold Dix that is now blocked  most Countries. In the interview Prof Dix explains his sadness at the fire and points out that had the Lackenal House Fire Block recommendations from the earlier coronial report been adopted the fire would NOT have occurred. Professor Dix acted in the earlier Court case AND inspected many tower blocks - all of which were in a bad condition.
