On Mondays we practise grief. We give ourselves permission to feel grief, resentment, anger - everything that comes up in our lives that prevents us from reaching for what we want. On Mondays we let it have it space. We park it there and then we get on with the rest of our week.
Imagine this as a virtual space that I hold for you to name your grief, acknowledge all that you have been through or perhaps still going through. Resentment, anger, sadness, hardship.
