Whenever someone mentions grief, we always tend to think of major loss. Death in the family or maybe a loss of a relationship are things that come to mind, but grief and mourning can occur because of seemingly insignificant events (at least to the outside observer). It can seem mundane but affect you more than you know. Loss of quality time with your spouse, missed opportunities with your kids, and moments not seized when they presented themselves.
