I'm an Emmy Award winning singer-songwriter with more than 2000 song placements on TV, in film and advertising. I'm also a lifelong mental illness sufferer with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also had a 3 year case of severe clinical depression, spending a little more than 2 of those years in various mental health wards. I'll be telling my story, talking with others about their stories, as well as speaking with experts on the subject. Let's see what we can learn from each other and perhaps we can help reduce the stigma still surrounding mental illness. No one need suffer alone and there is always hope.
