Dreams -- the nocturnal manifestations of our memories, hopes and fears are central in the themes of our greatest literature ... which begs at least two questions: "why do we dream?" and "what can sometimes fantastical visions and fantasies teach us about ourselves?" To the more spiritual among us, dreams open a channel -- sometimes a two-way one where those we dream about are in fact aware of the dreamer -- along which we can safely travel the road to self awareness and emotional healing.
