Talking about the tragic loss of my oldest, grief, trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+, transgender community and more…much more! I have a lot to get off my chest and out of my head. I keep an extremely small, wonderful circle of people close to me and hate to replay the record of me yapping away about my feelings and opinions. I know my mind can get carried away when I’m feeling really emotional. I just want people who struggle with their feelings know they are not alone. Even if our struggles aren’t the same.
